FRP released a corporate update this morning. Note that they are expected to close a deal soon on a large e-commerce site that could generate as much as $600,000 CDN in revenue for the company. FRONTIER PACIFIC MINING CORP ("FRP-V") - Corporate Update Frontier Pacific Mining Corporation ("Frontier") was until recently a Canadian based resource company exploring for large tonnage gold and base metal properties around the world. Due to resource market conditions, management of Frontier started searching for opportunities in the information technology sector. At present, Frontier is in the process of Changing Business from a resource-based company to a technology company. Frontier is focusing on web-related technology applications and software development for clients in the traditional economy as well as in the new economy (Information /Internet technology sector). To facilitate this process Frontier recently initiated software development in India, since India is recognized as a leader for high quality and low cost information technology services. In order to establish local management and gain assurance of security for the development of projects in India, in October 2000, Frontier appointed Gauravrapu Sri Krishna as Director of Frontier and President of Otherways Media Inc. His work experience with ICICI Limited, one of India's largest financial institutions, and Satyam Infoway (SIFY:NASDAQ), one of India's largest internet companies, provides him with an excellent foundation to implement Frontier's and Otherways' business plan. He will continue to reside in India where most technical work will be done and will make frequent trips to Vancouver Canada to oversee the company's marketing and customer support services. In November 2000. Frontier announced that it has an option to acquire 100% of the shares of Otherways Media Inc. for a total purchase price of 225,000 shares of Frontier. This acquisition is subject to approval by regulatory authorities. Otherways Media Inc. is an Internet portal and database developer with existing commercial contracts. Frontier has invested over $500,000 in Otherways for proprietary software development. Otherways recently completed two projects, one an auto-parts e-commerce site and the other related to a travel portal, for a company based in Poland. These contracts are worth over Cdn $150,000. The travel portal portal was delivered in November and the auto-parts portal is expected to be delivered in December. The Company also indicated discussions for developing a large e-commerce site. This contract is expected to be in the range of US$100,000 to $400,000 for various phases. Details will be released on closing of the transaction. Frontier made further progress with its Chinese partners with respect to the DingMa-Zhen'An Gold Project. Frontier is in the process of incorporating a subsidiary company focused on mining to continue exploration and development of the Ding-Ma project as well as the Lion Project located in North-Central British Columbia.
