Eldorado going back to High Court!!!!

Apparently Eldorado is heading back to Turkish High Court for the Kisladag mine.
This mine just went back into operation last month?
Pending Court Case battles always creates uncertainty and should do not bode well for current Eldorado shareholders or future take over target Frontier Pacific.
Do your due diligence!

This is from ELD management ----Thedefendants (MOEF have the right of appeal for any decision of the HighCourt. This is good. With the case in appeal, no injunction can bedropped on the EIA. There is only upside on the appeal. If the Courtchanged the decision it would only change it to be a positive decision.If the court returns it to the lower court a year or two ...more
