If Fortuna wants to buy back shares ,do a reverse split, (say 2 for 1),shares will plummet temporarily ,and then go in a buying frenzy.I say let the shares tank then buy back.Probably will anyway.

Best way to reward shareholders in this order is: First is to remove debt burden on shareholders unless the debt is earning more than what it costs. Second is to borrow more if the borrowed money ...more
