It maybe silly question.  Could they go chapter 11?

Amazing how emotional market/investors can be. Now people are throwing around default.... chapter 11. This is starting to get ridiculous.

Not going to default but may need to restucture debt if they can't get their convenants against the san Jose permit rewritten.  My bigger concern is that this is most of their Silver production. From  a personal perspective it is silver that I am most excited about over the next couple years and this is very damaging to their silver capacity. Others may be more interested in Gold ...more

Excellent.  In plain language unlike most conference calls. Taking questions,  Mr. G. Says NO to BK or default. Addresses the question of debt and other things.. A must watch......thanks for posting this video from today.  Very informative no matter what your take on the current situation.
