Correct me if I'm wrong but FTP also has the option of buying that convertible debt back. Obviously no dilution if that happens and it is a possibility if we start generating cash like most of us longs expect.

 

Anyhow were definitely in the penalty box for the short term but some good numbers in the next quarter should get us moving in the right direction again.
