PEA of $108M USD sold for $50M CDN, Im bit disapointed....I must confess.
As far as a deal is concerned, they are one of the better ones to do a deal with, they are our neigbhour, right Peter Thomas? Who would you have sold to?
If their stock goes in a hot silver market...lets say.....$2..thats $152 M in value, plus the $5M...now were all happy, but only if we can monitize it.Need more detail on how the stock will be held and what restirctions...like First Right of Refusal to sell transfer, trade etc etc....

Assays to continue flowing on CB and Eau Clair, and if any one does anything, it will be with Newmont! Frist off.they are our second largest shareholder with
7,000,000 shares. Secondly, Ele'onore is Newmonts #1 producer in Canada, right next door....no one taking this away from them ....."Fury owns a 36.7% interest in the lonore South JV project, Newmont owns 36.7% and Azimut Exploration owns the remaining 26.6%." So stop guessing whos getting this, think about this why would you flip a bird at your #2 shareholder in all three companies.....Ivan may be a promoter, but one thing hes not is stupid! stars up in April/May in CB and within in 18-36 months, CB is spun out into a NEWCO....and AEM buys the NEWCO!
Mining is a long game, And Sean Boyd wont retire until he gets CB! WHY, he wants to own the NORTH.......
