What is going on?

To recap, Margot has fired Jamie Fay, she has lost at three board members, she lost her CFO, she is "selling" her food business (which makes sense - but who is buying it?), and now she says she can't file her financials. But everyone gets 1 million RSUs? She raised $20 million 9 months ago. How much is left and how much longer can GABY go on?
