September 1, 2005 – Golden Arch Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to
announce the acquisition of an additional 50% interest in four crown grants, bringing the
Company’s total interest in these four crown grants to 65%. The crown grants are:
District Lot 4985, known as ”Little Tommy:, District Lot 4986, known as “Death on the
Trail”, District Lot 4687, known as “Morning” and District Lot 4988 known as “Midnight”.
All of these crown grants are associated with the “Red Elephant”/”Abbott Wagner”
groups located in the Slocan Mining Division of British Columbia.
The ‘Company’ acquired four mineral tenures comprising 100, twenty five hectare cells
bringing the total contiguous mineral claims to approximately 2500hectares
(6,250acres)
Golden Arch Resources plans further exploration, evaluation and development of these
four crown grants together with twenty four other 100% owned crown grants and the
additional land held by the Company all of which constitute the “Red Elephant”/”Abbott
Wagner” claim groups.
