I am the solicitor for Les Kjosness. My client informs me that he has made a substantial financial investment as have many of hiss associates in your company on the basis of representation made to him that Safe Environment Engineering Canada Inc., formerly known as Roper Resources Inc. was acquiring Safe Environment Engineering. The representations and warranties made to my client were contained in a letter of George A. Sharp setting forth the terms and conditions of acquisition by Safe Environment Engineering Canada Inc. acquiring Safe Environment Engineering L.P.
It has now come to my client’s attention that the transaction as represented to him is not proceeding as represented. Therefore, my client requires immediate return of his money transferred to Safe Environment Engineering Canada Inc. in contemplation of the transaction as requested. Be advised that if my client does not receive return of his funds within thirty days of the date of this letter I have been instructed to commence legal proceeding against you for misrepresentation.
