Mildred Peek done ?

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the Company has obviously failed here. Years of promise and promises at Mildred Peek seem to have evaporated and we don't even hear about it anymore. The recent announcment of oil and gas acquisitions seem to be the beginning of the end for Arizona. Hard to belive that a reverse split and name change is not forthcoming. No way to finance this company otherwise.

I believe it is a bit quick to write off Mildered Peak. I believe yesterday was the Annual General Meerting was it not ?? If so, I have to believe comments must have been made about recent events at M.P. Anyone have a report on AGM comments ?? Thanks.................ADOBE

You may be right adobe but after over 2 years of nothing, it does not seem implausible.

Try 5 years of somervile's and kjosness's retirement package paid for with 30,000,000 shares of share dilution. The latest 583 acre (who0pee) oil play should keep somervile in beer and buns for another 2 years at least (that is, if they can scrape together $10.00 for the downpayment). LOL

What an absolutely worthless post. " Better to be thought a fool than open your mouth ( post ) and prove it ". I'd still like to see some report of AGM

adobe Your response is pathetic. 30,000,000 shares of dilution and virtually nothing (but name calling) accomplished in 5 years. If someone can show me otherwise. Then show it.
