hey pianoman, thanks for looking that up... so we have about 1m shares or SSRM left on Dec 31... or about $25m of them at $25. That's the good news... it is great to have that amount of funding available but of course we have the governance issue.  The cushion we have is so large I still think this is a bargain, most companies have properties with potential but have to keep diluting to
