Thinking of getting in

From my dd gtr ticks off all the boxes. Thinking about getting in. Have 2 concerns and would like longs to share thoughts. 1. Holes r very deep can't really do open pit? How will they mine it to keep costs low? Thoughts? 2. Other concern is the current lawsuit with btr how will this impact gtr? Would appreciate positive insight Cheers
