RE:UGLY UGLY UGLYOfficers need to be accountable to stockholders.  Several lawsuits in only a couple years does not seem legal and irresponsible.  Audit and put on the stand all consultants who were paid.  Can people recklessly run a public company then run away to avoid the mess they created?  Got to be laws that allow courts to go after their personal assets and prevent them from be part of public companies again.  Get SEC and BC enforcers to make them pay.  subpoena!
