Think as 38%Maybe.  Bottom line is doing what is in the best interests of the shareholders.  If they can maximize more value now with the ACB buyout and go forward, than can be realized with CMED going it alone, then the deal should be done now.  CMED mgmt is relatively inexperienced and doesn't appear there is a lot of depth in the organization.  The resignation of a 16 year director with capital markest experience and the tie up of the 3 largest shareholders would seem to indicate a lack of faith in current managment, progress to date or direction.  Hopefully we'll see further news this week one way or the other...
