If your understanding that WEED and APH previously expressed interest, and to have them potentially thwart this offer. The SP and company will be relegated to the lower end of the food chain. Possibly even affecting their ability to raise capital in the future, as they will have not demonstrated good corporate leadership. Do you think the likes of Cancord will have an easy time finding investors when Cancord can find quick returns with companies like ACB when they accelerate the warrants in such short time frames?
