Why are you guys not voting for the takeover?

Voting for the takeover of CMED by ACB gives you all a much better position overall! Look at the share prices and market caps. CMED Stock is only up right now because of the takeover. If you guys walk away, mark my words, your stock will certianly drop down to $13-16. Yes, ACB will drop too but the growth rate ACB will have is going to be much more than CMED and therefore give ACB the last laugh!
