Who Holds The High Ground?

Who Holds The High Ground?I'm sure Brent's feeling like he's in a power position right now; as if he is holding the high ground. Has anyone stopped to consider what happens to CMED if there is no deal with ACB next week and the 50%+ shareholders decide against the HIP deal?

Let's assume for a moment that the 38% "conspirators" along with ACB's 5% and other upset CMED shareholders decide to be a thorn in CMED's side indefinitely. Technically speaking, there will always be a 51% majority that will vote against any CMED initiative.

There is a vocal majority of CMED shareholders that can vote any CMED initiative down which requires a simple majority. Brent positioned himself behind the 8 ball and CMED's power position may simply be a faade.

High ground ACB or high ground CMED?

PS. CMED's deal with HIP was like Netflix's movie deal with Adam Sandler…think about it.
