RE:It's not $43 a share??Well, this is rather simple to explain since a large part of the consideration was based upon the share value of Aurora.  Like all other weed stocks in this sector here, they have all taken a significant pounding since this takeover was annouced back in January.

So, if the share price of Aurora goes down, then your calculated compensation would also go down, as per a comment I wrote below in an earlier post on this exact same issue:

Don't think you should really be complaining too much about the $4 loss because you have to remember that the entire marijuna market crashed right after this takeover was announced.  So a roughly 10% loss is still a lot better than the 25% to 45% loss that most of the other weed stocks are still trying to recover from, relative to their recent highs.
