Acb is building a huge multifaceted Marijuana business. Acb own the largest Marijuana distribution company in Europe, which is based in germany. Acb is also into hemp production In a huge and rowing hemp market for animal feed and other hemp based products

Bubbles, CMED now halted and they are throwing the HIP wrench........so any proposal is meaningless with this deal going down..........

If ACB makes a good enough offer, CMED can afford the $9.5M break-up fee to Newstrike.

They on;y have to pay the Break fee if ACB doesn't want to swallow the whole enchilada......
