A lawsuit against your own shareholders which includes ACB its newest shareholder? I never herd of such a thing. CMED is planning to sue shareholders that gave CMED $60M to do an IPO? Is this right? So CMED is going to take the $60M they got from these shareholders and use their money to sue them rather than grow the company? How does CMED and HIP if they become a part of CMED, How do they plan to ...more

Not to mention Canaccord is named in the lawsuit. By far the most important financial services firm providing capital to cannabis companies. They either get acquired by Aurora, which I think is inevitable at this point. OR They somehow succeed in not being acquired and no one wants to do business with them ever again. Canaccord should have revised themselves from involvement in this bid by ACB as they were already acting on behalf of HIP with the same party. Clear conflict of interest.

When have you ever heard of a group of shareholders going rogue and trying to sell a company without the backing of the board, or any authority to do so? The whole thing is bizarre.
