Mr. Capslock here is obviously hoping the lawsuit is actually valid like he is personally going to benefit from it lol. First off...auroras 5% and cmeds locked up 38% (43%) already going to vote against newstrike deal...going to need just about every single share holder outside of that 43% to vote in favor for that deal to go through.
