Think this needs to be settled like true gentleman,,,,, This seems to take it too far........ Read the fine print that is posted,, looks like Aurora didn;t do anything that they weren;t allowed to do ,,,I do believe that Cannimed would be better off with Aurora,, seems like Aurora knows what they are doing ,,believe some of the directors of Cannimed thought the same,,,,,, hopefully this is settled soon, Cannimed shares only went up after this offer and if it hadn;t been made ,, they would not be any higher than Aurora...,Disappointed in Cannimed.......

Look at their current production capacity and number of registered patients. Look at Newstrikes current production capacity and future capacity. Now look at the market caps... Share price doesn't matter it's the ratio of share price to quantity of shares, vs. current profits/losses and future profits/losses. Yes CMED has a $25 share price, but also a market cap of $600 million at that ...more

Add to that, cmed and Newstrike market caps combined and with the change rate of the share split put cmed at over 35 bucks next Monday if the deal goes through.

Not sure what to make of the Lawsuit. The action (which has yet to be served), and then at the end VOTE GREEN. DO NOT TENDER??????????
