CEO CMED SUES SHAREHOLDERS IN DESPERATION

This was an obvious stunt to try hurt Auroras share price, DIDNT HAPPEN ZETTL. imagine if Zettle took the offer at 4 -1 shares how rich all you CMED holders would be. he lost you a ton of cash then and NOW, Hes sueing his own staff and shareholders. WHAT A WHINNEY LITTLE baby Brett is, trying to burn down Cmed, your money, to keep his job. the majority of shareholders with VOTE NO ON CMED/HIP MERGER and YES on ACB/MED, youd have to be an absolute fool to want hip over ACB, like an IQ of 35 kinda fool

Im sure they are regretting locking in their shares now tht the exchange ratio is under 2. The deal was not bad a month ago. not anymore. I dont see why ACB won't remove the cap and give up over 3 on the exchange. I thought when they last raised money some of that was coming this way as sweetener; until it does no thanks. Management may suck but the assets are worth a ton. Especially if ACB ...more

So what do you think happens to CMED's price if Aurora's offer goes away? Do you really think CMED should trade over 17x 2020 EBITDA when something like Cronos is trading at 13x ?
