GB Group Ord Shs > Why "Wash trading" should be BANNED!

Why "Wash trading" should be BANNED!

Regulators are doing a poor job regulating the markets in Canada.  They should NOT allow anonymous brokerage trading used by brokers to "wash trade".

Why is Anonymous wash trading CMED today?  And who is the brokerage house using the anonymous flag to trade?  And isn't it suspicious that Canaccord has no visible trades today?

Regulators should ban anonymous trading.  There is no legitimate use for it.

It is banned but hard to prove. Selling shares to trigger a loss, then re-buying shares is not illegal if it is demonstrated that it was done for legitmate reasons, such favorable tax situations.

Does the CRA actually monitor this on such a tight basis that they will keep track of your sell and buy back-in dates, especially if your second sell for a profit doesn't take place until a couple years later?
