RE: 3 WISE MENFullmetaljacket, why not ask the 'Consultant' to cough up the money, NOT JULIO, to pay for the filing. The' consultant ' appears to be the biggest shareholder? Filings are a cost of doing business that every public company must absorb, if you need to finance basic requirements such as filing with SEC, as you are presuming, what are the chances of real money making 'projects ever being realized' with this kind of management?
