G8 has set in motion a technology for water purificiaton plants and environmental technology centers. Much works has been developed (Michael Browns large director/fees) in this area and the new board of director's (starting May 05, 2010) are excited to start a new.

Re: Rene Branconnier and Milverton Capital
Please be advised that we act as counsel for Milverton Capital Corp. (“Milverton”) and Mr. Rene Branconnier.
We have been instructed to respond to your letter to Mr. Branconnier dated November 9, 2009.
As you may know, Mr. Branconnier has no direct contractual relationship or other obligation to Global 8 Environmental Technologies, Inc. (“Global 8”). You may further know that the contractual agreement which exists is that between Global 8 and Milverton.
Pursuant to the most recent contract between Global 8 and Milverton, Global 8 is indebted to Milverton in the sum of approximately US$2,900,000.00. As a matter of common law, Milverton is entitled to hold all of the corporate records of Global 8 in its possession until the outstanding accounts have been paid.
Further, we note that in your demand letter you require certain things of our client which are not in and of themselves corporate records and require our client to do further work for Global 8 despite the fact of the significant debt referred to above. Please be advised that our client is no prepared to deliver the documents to Global 8 until satisfactory arrangements have been made for payment of the debt.
Further our client is not prepared to expend further monies t have the documents prepared for delivery to Global 8. Milverton is prepared t discuss with Global 8 suitable arrangements for employees of Global 8 to attend the offices of Milverton to review the documents and take copies, at the expense of Global 8. Global 8 will also be required to pay for the hourly costs of the employees of Milverton in assisting Global 8’s employees in the review and copying of the documents.
Please be further advised that should Global 8 require a copy of any specific document at this time on an urgent basis, our client shall provide a copy thereof at the expense of Global 8.
With respect to your demand concerning access to the records by the auditors of Global 8, please be advised that provided satisfactory arrangements are made by Global 8 to cover the costs of Milverton’s employees in cooperating fully with the auditor, our client is prepared to permit the auditor unfettered access to the records of Global 8 in its possession.
