This is why I agree with everyone: G8 “needs/and WANTS a new board of directors.” The new board has responsibilities and I am sure they will address shareholder concerns, they have a legal obligation to do so. At least they will focus on business, not as others say "drama." No auditor will sign off on books and records without reviewing source documents. How can one make allegations against others with no books and records to back up objectivity? G8's current directors and officers (Ferreira, etc.) do not care about our shareholdings they only want RB’s fortune. G8 directors/officers have been carrying on a personal vendetta against a major shareholder and seeking to destroy him and his family, all at the expense of G8 shareholders. This in itself is rather pathetic and concerning of ethics and mental stability. Wolf, Simmons and Ferreira are using and seeking to destroy G8 by foul means.
I don’t want these individuals running G8, I've seen the facts and G8 shareholder's will not have any hope of sustainable business without a new board. What is at stake is not the fate of these individuals but our investment in Global 8.
Is is obvious, there plan was to get authorities involved, force G8/RB to spend millions in legal fees to vindicate themselves, destroy it and then launch a civil suit for Ferreira and his selfish needs. I do have proof of this assertion - saved and sent to authorities. Ask Wolf about his proposed consulting contracts and request to issue a million shares. Is it ethical for someone to destroy a company and human dignity, because they don't get a job? We need G8 back and must capitalize on the work that has been done to move forward. Wolf and the gang can take their drama outside of G8.
