What News Releases and SEC filing are you referring to, most of the ones I have read don't support your points.
I'm not one to get caught up on "what ifs" I don't think there was a hi-jacking because there was nothing to hi-jack, the money was gone before Wolf and Co even had a chance to get their hands on it.
One last point, Why is it that after Hawkins expressed substantial doubt about G8's ability tocontinue as a going concern; did the CEO, president, CFO x2 and multiple directors all resign as well as the auditor being fired before the audit the following year in 2008.
Why the mass exodus?
It just seems like far to much of a coincidence that also at this exact time, (year end 2008) Ferreria was brought on and the alleged "hi-jacking" began.
