Plaintiff’s Complaint against FG Management (excerpts from original court documents):
A.Sports-Stuff is a corporation that is organized under the laws of the State of Nevada.
B.FG is a corporation ...with its registered agent, Grant Galloway. ...FG entered into a 30 day consulting agreement...the parties agreed that FG would receive 75,000 of the company’s shares in exchange for various services to be provided by FG to increase the market awareness of Sports-Stuff. FG holds itself out as a financial public relations specialist. GF services include, among other things, media exposure, institutional and non-institutional broker dealer presentations, LLC fund manager introduction an placement, operating capital assistance and...an accredited investment community.
C.Sports-Stuff is a publically traded company with securities registered with the SEC. (You can also review the filings of sports-stuff.com on the sec website and/or secinfo.com, you will not there are other companies and should query Grant Galloway and or F.G. Management and/or FG Management, you may also query Green Giant Venture Fund.
D.Sports Stuff discovered it erroneously transferred 75,000 UNRESTRICTED shares to FG Management and requested they be restricted.
E.FG has violated the terms of the consulting agreement by not performing the various services it agreed to perform.
F.COUNT ONE – Securities Fraud:
G.In entering into this consulting agreement with Sports-Stuff, FG held itself out as a financial public relations specialist and intentionally made false representations to Sports – Stuff (THIS SOUNDS LIKE JULIO FERREIRA AND SPHAERA?)
H.FG made false representations to Sports-Stuff that the services it was providing to Sports-Stuff under the Consulting Agreement would increase market awareness of Sports-Stuff’s common stock.
I.Sports-Staff was unaware of the falsity of FG’s Management representations and reasonably relied on such representations....
J.Count Two – Common LAW FRAUD:
K.Sports-Stuff incorporates by reference the preceding allegations.
L.In entering into the Consulting Agreement with Sports-Stuff, FG held as and out as a financial public relations specialist and intentionally made false representations to Sports Stuff that it would assemble and package...information and disseminate that information for the purpose of increasing market awareness....
M.Count THREE BREACH OF CONTRACT
N.Sports-Stuff realleges and incorporates by reference all allegations and facts set forth herein.
O.As a direct and proximate result of FG’s multiple breaches, Sports-Stuff has been damaged in an amount that exceeds the minimal jurisdictional limits of the Court.

What happened? As Grant Galloway has done in the past...he claims he is not an American citizen and lives in domicile. He hides in Brazil, does not show up for court. The shares are never returned and the situation re-occurs in a vicious cycle. Julio Ferreira’s brochure for Sphaera – is an identical NON PREFORMING brochure. ALL G8 shares should be RETURNED as NOTHING has been done to benefit G8 – it has suffered irrefutable damage.
Big surprises are coming – stay tuned...this is “nothing.” One of my sources claims Grant Galloway continues to reside in LaJolla, CA and really is not in Brazil – an interesting twist.
