RE: RE: ASC Yes I have been following the Branconnier ASC hearings that are now going on through July and probably beyond. De Laet was in a similar heap of trouble but the penalty is really quite small considering the scale of the fraud. The real penalty only comes if or when they are criminally charged, preferably in the USA.
