Shareholders keep company
We own the company. Daniel, Tadd and Julio do not. A change of director's does not mean RB gets the company back, he has a piece of it as a shareholder. RB doesn't own the company, we do. Our ownership doesn't change. A new board is appointed - an independent body, what does that have to do with RB? Nothing. RB is a majority shareholder and always will be, regardless of who runs the company. We need new management. Promises since October. Nothing has happened, no news, no contracts. The new board already has projects up and going, one's that will blow your mind. Let the new board check out the financials. How is Daniel Wolf going to afford the $500K it will cost to bring the filings up to date? He can't. The new board has experience, knowledge and has worked in public companies. We need them. Daniel Wolf has $24.00 and wants a minimal of $6500 a month, plus stock. I am not paying him one cent for anything.
If he gets voted, I want a resolution past, stating he and the others are working for free and will cancel any compensation rights. We'll see how long he stays around. We don't have money to pay him or his cronies, what does he think our money grows on trees. Get real here shareholders - they owe us for what they've done, not the other way around. I'm going to see a lawyer today and the police. This Roy Hales (never past or current manager, continues to email me and harrass me). It is causing me stress, anxiety, hot and cold flashes, something has to be done. Considering the guy has made such a fool of himself. Doesn't he read the posts and "factual" document, guess love is really blind.

The only person who can afford 500k is RB from his fees!
