I would like to know how Origin is coming along but with the state of the markets and the covid-19 hysteria, no news issued at this time will impact the share price. I'm just happy that Stil has a healthy cash position right now as they will be one of the survivors.
The final permits came through on March 2nd and I would expect it will take 6-8 weeks to get new staff trained and a slow ramp up on production/output and then we'll get an update. Also expecting news on seeding late this month or into April.
My understanding is that there are 3 companies growing hemp illegally (without permit) in Romania. Now that Stil has their permits in place , it would be a good time to clean out the competition. Guess we'll see. This unfortunately is a time of "wait and see" with current market conditions. The one benefit I see (as mentioned) is that this could lead to a reduction in competition and many farmers (particularly in the US) planting less hemp leading to a recover in isolate pricing.
