'President' and 'CEO' can be both used in a Corporate structure at the same time. As I understand, in the last release, the same CEO exists, prior release was that a "President" had been made in the Stil company hierarchy.. the advisor for Romanian operations that had a great deal of international experience about 8 years ago leading back a couple decades, specifically experienced in mergers and acquisitions and capital development. That new President left the markets in 2007 before market collapse a wealthy person who had high interests in CDBs from a personal reference(he was a big time exercise aficionado that bikes a lot and adventures a lot, found CBDs worked for him) which is why he became associated with Stil, and Stil became associated with the the advisor, to be new President, because of his international experience. Jason has a lot, perhaps complete understanding of the operational day to day operations of what every CBD company faces.. I look to the two people working better than one or previous authority Corporate structure as in before. Now... we have this new LOI, on top of last reform I just talked about, little is known of what the LOI really means as to personnel assignments that I can find, but what was in the very last release Jason is still CEO, Stil is going to be corporate leadership going forward.
