Announcement

Notice of Convening Hearing

Dear Michael

We are continuing to make very good progress on bringing the Sativa Group PLC and the StillCanna inc transaction to a successful completion. While the process will seem slow to some, it is actually proceeding quickly given the complexity of the situation.

The announcement outlines timelines for the next steps of the regulatory process in the UK. The same work is underway in Canada to complete all the regulatory requirements there as well. We expect the transaction to close at the end of August or early to mid September pending the completion of all the necessary processes.

We continue to be very excited about the combination of our two companies. We are working extremely well together to not only successfully complete the transaction but to also develop our integration plan. We believe this combination truly makes us a leading European seed to consumer CBD Wellness company!

As always we will keep you up to speed on our progress with the transaction as well as our progress with growing the business.
