RE:RE:RE:RCG's Dufferin as much as Anaconda's Goldboro in outputIf I was running a take over company I would offer to assume the debt plus 1 share of new corp for every 10 shares outstanding.  Debt to be negotiated over a fixed payment term then finance with debentures to cover cost of production and first few years of debt repayment.
