Your $50M makes me the pessimist.

My optimism for Dufferin is limited to the $24M listed on the balance sheet.
I estimate $32M of value with $8M or three years worth of tax-credits fully priced in.

I agree it there is lots of potential, but I see that potential being unlocked via the PEA first, followed by exploration. I am hoping for an investment rather than a sale. If it is sold then your $50M helps cover some opportunity costs.

I am ok with the bulk sampling result. It would be nice to have some better numbers on the balance sheet. On the plus side the assessment of multi-mining methods may answer some questions that investors or buyers may have about how to operate the mine.

Don't squint too hard at the tea leaves. 30M shares sold by anonymous are probably part of tax-loss selling. There is no story in just 17% of the shares. There were another 45M traded at an average of 11c in the past two years. But more importantly is the $23M invested in 100M shares and are still in the hands of long term shareholders. Never traded. (Trades analyzed from Yahoo data and long term trades from common shares investments. I'll spare you the math)
