There are nunmerous Geologists that stated that the Dufferin property has a large amount fo gold and just needs to be dimaond drilled and located as there is a nugget effect. Bob Moriarty, long before he bashed it , praised how much gold there is and that there are 36 saddle reefs with large amounts of gold.
If Gibson and Sprott want Dufferin to sell for a good price, they can make that happen; if it was intentionally brought down to these prices, they can make it also happen that Sprott Lending takes over and they purcahse it from them.
Its really all up to them and no tot PWC.
