I like the down in trenches info even if there are some red herrings
It would be interesting to hear how shareholders really value the assets for themselves.
The speculations on where the market is going to be are far less interesting. No one knows.
If someone values the assets, at say $10M, I would expect them to be a seller if the open market prices the company at say $24M. A price they think is irratiionally high. If they right about their $10M valuation the stock price should drop. If their $10M valuation is wrong how they going to figure it out.
