The holders of all Atlantic options will receive cash consideration equal to C$2.90 per share less the exercise price of each option.
Completion is anticipated to occur in July 2019.
Maybe the Atlantic team could jump onto another project?
Gonna have lots of money to spend. Could gobble up evrything in sight!
