As CEO George arrange for $18.3M of investments at 14c/sh.

1) My expectation has always been that George had a good plan and that the next round of investments would be higher than 14c/sh.

It would be a bit odd if George, now on the outside, re-evaluated RCG and thought it was over priced.

2) It seems to me that George's plan was always light on cash. I expected him to raise cash either by milling the tailings or through investments (private placements and dilutions).

It would be a bit odd if George, now on the outside, was hoping to low ball a bid on cash strapped RCG.

3)
It is a bit puzzling that George did not walk away with the bid easily.
Unless they were out bid.
Or it was out of their reach.

Notes:

$18.2M was invested between June 2016 and June 2018 at 14c
Sprott's average is similar at 15c

174.8-45.3 = 129.5 shares
33.2 -15.1 = $18.2 invested

18.2/129.5 = 14c/sh
