Dufferin could sell for a lot: PWC report
Was bought for 9 million USD when gold was $1250/ounce ( almost 1 2million Canadian) . Gold is now 1340; add 7 percent increase in gold and now it would be bought for 12.84million Canadian, all other things being equal.
PWC report states that the Dufferin mine is more attractive now compared to when the company bought it for these reasons: resource more defined, significant capital expenditures used to develop mine and upgrade mill. Mine will be fully permitted. Also, siginificant mine development had been fully completed and certain stopes are fully ready to be mined. All three properties had siginificant advacement from when they were purchased. Updated resource estimates were made for Forest Hill and Tangier and a PEA for Dufferin. they received indsutrial approval of from Nova scotia to mine and commence acitvities after a siginificant effort and wait..
NPv value was at 121 million for Dufferin ( now is higher because gold price is higher) OVer 621 thousand ounces of gold between the 3 proeprties and also an extra 8 km of Duffeirn properties added since then. There will be more then a million ounces bewteen these proeprties.
Forest Hill and Tangier have very good economical numbers and can easily sell for 3 to 4 million each.
Extra 20 millio tax credits is huge for a company like Anaconda or Atlantic Gold.

I would drop higher gold from your expectations. The PEA models a range of gold prices and exchange rates for the loonie. $1250 USD and 75c loonie. I agree with the point the Dufferin mine is more attractive now compared to when the company bought it.
