So basically the chance of us recovering some kind of return on our invested money is pretty low?

I guess I can use this as a tax loss for future years, but I really wish that this project would have done well. It looked so promising at first

If they sell dufferin and we keep the surrounding properties and forest hill, we will have 0 debt with tax credits and forest hill with really good numbers. It would easily move up in the bullish market that has just started.

The chance of "us" recovering some kind of return is dependent on a couple of things: What is your base cost average? Shareholders here are all over the map in terms of their underlying average cost / share, but a lot of shres traded after it got to the .01 to .015 price per share range and the people who bought shares there have a much better chance of making money at some point.  ...more

A while back I tried estimating the "us" a couple of ways. Using yahoo historical data I computed 79M shares traded at a average of 9.6c  or $7.58M between June 2016 and the halt. Do what you wish the average. Traders could be moving in and out of positions, averaging down from various starting points to various end points. Perhaps the 9.6c average is all you can get.
