Leigh, can you ask Jack how much debt is owning ? 
In an earlier post I recall that you wrote that it was around $6M - $8M.

What is the structure of the other liabilities ?
Sprott Credit Facility
Amounts owning to insiders: Lewis, Cartmel, Young etc
Others

Can the liabilites be converted to shares at this stage ?
Might be an opportunity in a favourable merger, buyout or investment.
And at what price ?

I believe Anaconda will probably make an offer for the entire company as they would want the mill and Dufferin for quick production and cash flow and the tax credits for straight up profit and not payign taxes on their production. Anaconda would have to pay the 2.2 million to CRA, everything else could be offered in shares, especially since they do not have enough money to buy out with cash

The whisper is that the Aussies have the narrow vein saddle expertise and capital to go and they know whats there for gold.

I wonder if any of the bidders will end up combining efforts eg 1) a merger perhaps with ANX 2) third party investors to handle existing debt 3) tax credits eventually get worked out
