Alberta Solar Project is a portfolio of projects totaling 400MW in Alberta, Canada.

WHY? Would anybody excise options @1.00 when you could purchase the same shares @0.85?

Maybe you couldn't get 200,000 shares @1.00 or after 4-5 years holding that option decided NOW is the right time to do this!

Again one has to think positive and stick to the facts as ONE sees it!
