This from the March 18 NR
"The continuing drama between the TCCWD (Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District) and the city does not affect Greenbriar Sustainable Living Inc.'s schedule."
"This has no impact on the schedule of building Sage Ranch nor stopping its progress."
===============================================
Since the ongoing legal issues won't have any effect on Sage's schedule, we should hear today the signing of the Voya financing.

Every knows what GRB news releases are worth. Read it and chuck it away! until one or two comes true huh? I still think Montalva is as good as dead. If the lawsuit for 950 m had any teeth ram it down prepas throat and collect. Why do any work?

Well, if you can't trust what is in a public news release, what can you trust from this company? JMO P.S. I guess that is why I sold. :o)

You post out of fear you were wrong to sell. Im not excited about recent news or events this is a ride or die stock. Also engineer eh? Look at the ring you 'earned' ?? and wonder maybe I'm missing something. Anyone in trades knows that certification usually not worth the paper.

I certainly wasn't wrong to sell, as I stated why I sold. And if I held, my position would now be in the red. As for my engineering ring, I wear it with pride. I have a lot of respect for the trades, because without them my work would never get built. Too bad you aren't as generous.

Puerto Rico has no ability to pay $950M, no matter what any judge says. So no point suing.
