It's pretty obvious that they are very tight lip to us shareholders. Why would silj purchase 8.65 million shares on the open market and run it up to 41 cents ???Pretty confident something  brewing in the pipe line.The whales are feasting on your shares at these levels.I'm holding and following the ones in the know all..
