attention.....
Sanj Patel and the Baker brothers, since my last post here you have lost another $410,756,360 in equity value. correction, the Baker brothers have lost about $144,000,000 since my last post! SP still made about $40,000,000.
the way i see it sbc-103 (sounds more like a rewards program than anything) entering trials later this year with all the issues around it (do you really want or need me to go through them) and knowing that coupled with your inability to penetrate the cns will most likely lead to more of the same seeking alpha, goldman questions your not happy to address and continued loss of equity value (except for you Mr Patel).
there are rumors, non of which have been confirmed, that you guys might be dealing with a small biotech that can help your situation and maybe you're not. either way, you're missing the right tools in your tool belt to get the job done, just go ask goldman.
some free advice, don't waste your time pulling a shire cause by the sounds of it, there's very little for you guys to fool around with. if i'm talking out of the wrong hole, forgive me for expressing an opinion.......... yeah, i know, they're like a holes, we all have them but doesnt change the fact that you guys keep losing value, well not SP but you know what i mean.
so, in the meantime and in between time, that's it, another edition of jekyl's .............
