Earnings patheticThis stock is too funny.
I just worked out that the fully diluted market cap per current production works out to about $8700/oz of gold produced and with that there is about 4oz silver and 62lbs copper.
Then I looked at the last earning report, cash costs of $133/oz, which is an increase of $256/oz as it was negative $123/oz a year ago.
Adjusted net earnings were $95.3 million. With 546,000 oz the adjusted earnings work out to $174/oz. The unadjusted earnings were $2.9 million, or $5.31/oz.
So, that would make a good headline, "Lowest Cost Producer earns $5.31/oz of gold produced." And that is with the credits from the 4oz of silver and the 62lbs of copper...
Amazing, production went up 42.5% over second quarter last year and earnings went from 50c/share to 0c/share.
