How much is the takeover worth/share??????

How much is the takeover worth/share??????Someone here PLEASE explain the conditions of the takeover. I know it's 1.69 * Goldcorp's pps. This will go to GLG shareholders. But what price do they multiply 1.69 by. I know sometimes it's the 20 day average prior to the announcement of a deal. If they use the current G price GLG shareholders would get 43.39. At the time of the announcement it would have be approx 51 bucks. GLG is acting as it were the current G price as it closed under 43 on Friday. Maybe G is being manipulated down so as to nix the deal. It certainly doesn't look as attractive now as it did 8 dollars ago. Sooo my quesion remains, what price will GLG shareholders be voting on and when? Thanks in advance. BTW I'm in at under 28 bucks. Papineau
