in the mining world it is rare....look at most of these company's drill results, they get their panties all twisted over .1 oz per ton over any sort of strike length...this company is awesome. divedend increase, share split, increasing grades and tonnages, unhedged, no debt,lowest cost mine, extremely rich deposit, no political mumbojumbo to worry about, about 300 million in cash and bullion in the till,...etc, etc...... just buy it and forget about it!!!!!!
